these logs light very easy & burn freely given a high heat output
log size is around 25cm length and fit in most UK log burners.
log type is mainly ash or birch which we find are the best types off firewood.
there are many cheaper alternative logs but works out more costly in the long run using double the amount to get to the heat

our drivers will place your fuel where needed, (in shed, back garden etc.)

if you are outside of our delivery postcodes delivery will be sent on a pallet using nep pallet network
deliveries will be made using a pump truck & tail lift,
Occasionally, deliveries can be taken onto the driveway if it is a flat concrete / tarmac surface with no gradient. This is at the driver’s discretion on the delivery day and whether or not they deem it safe for them to do so. They are typically very accommodating and help to meet the requirements of our customers as best they can.

We understand not all our customers live on main roads and access to the property can be difficult. We are able to request for your order to be delivered on a smaller vehicle, typically the size of a bin lorry, if you think it may help. This vehicle is usually able to travel wherever your rubbish collectors do when they make their rounds.
there is also an option for 7.5 ton delivery vehicle so if it is pretty narrow where you live, add a note to your order so we can request a smaller truck.
