This is at the driver’s discretion on the delivery day and whether or not they deem it safe for them to do so. They are typically very accommodating and help to meet the requirements of our customers as best they can.
We understand not all our customers live on main roads and access to the property can be difficult. We are able to request for your order to be delivered on a smaller vehicle, typically the size of a bin lorry, if you think it may help. This vehicle is usually able to travel wherever your rubbish collectors do when they make their rounds.
there is also an option for 7.5 ton delivery vehicle so if it is pretty narrow where you live, add a note to your order so we can request a smaller truck.
